ry spacious; over 4 floors and has its own garage (very rare for Ilfracombe!) which will accommodate an Estate Car or People Carrier. The house is a new build and was completed in the Spring of 2020 with all brand new furnishings throughout. The house is very spacious; over 4 floors and has its own garage (very rare for Ilfracombe!) which will accommodate an Estate Car or People Carrier. Pets are welcome; however they are not allowed on the furniture or the beds under any circumstances; even with your own additional blankets. Also, they must not be left to sleep in the lounge area. If you have an issue with any of the aforementioned stipulations then, thanks for looking but the house is not for you. The Tunnels Beach is a 2 minute walk away so it’s ideal if you are going to a wedding there; as is the High Street; with the Beach, Promenade, Harbour, Crazy Golf, Theatre, Restaurants and Bars just few minutes more on foot. We have stayed in the Harbour a couple of times before. Whilst the walk is shorter it can get loud and louder still of a weekend, there is no parking without paying and it’s usually a steep uphill walk to the accommodation. Woolacombe Beach is a short drive away; which massive, dog friendly and has copious places to eat and drink. The house is fully furnished throughout; however, we have not cluttered it with Ornaments and Pictures. Ground Floor:-

• Gate and Access to the back of the house. This is where you can store Surf Boards etc. There is also a Washing Line and Extendible Clothes Dryers which are great for Swimming Costumes, towels etc
• Garage with Electric Door
• Utility Room equipped with a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Sink, Iron, Ironing Board, Vacuum, Shoe Rack, Coat Pegs, Recycling Bins
• Wet Room with Shower, Sink and Toilet. This is the first of the 3 bathrooms and it’s great if there’s a lot of you, if you want to give your dog a wash or wash yourself down whilst still in your Wetsuit
First Floor:-
This is taken up by the Open Plan Lounge, Kitchen, Breakfast Bar and first Balcony. The Lounge has a large 7 seat Sofa, although you’ll get 8 on there! There is a new 55” Smart TV (and Soundbar) and you can login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV etc to watch what you like. There is a Table and Chairs with space for 4 people (...and space & chairs for (another) 4 at the Breakfast Bar in the kitchen)
There is also the first to 2 Balconies. You can either sit out there with a few nice drinks or just have the door open to keep the Lounge cool. (Sorry; due to Covid19 these are not available at the moment… There is also a selection of games: Draughts, Trivial Pursuit Game, Dominoes, Scrabble, Monopoly, Playing Cards, Chess and Who's Who)
The Kitchen is equipped with a Turbo Fan Oven, Glass / Electric Hob, Extractor Fan, Dishwasher, Separate Fridge & Freezer (plenty of space for a family shop) Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Tassimo Coffee Maker, all types of Sauce Pans, plenty of Pint (big) Wine, Gin Glasses as well as Small, Medium, Plastic Tumblers, Crockery, Cutlery (including Children’s), Oven Dishes / Trays, Knives, Egg Cups, Toast Racks, Utensils and Storage Tubs. You might well eat out more than you do eat at the house but there is more than enough equipment and utensils to prepare and cook meals. We will also provide you with some Tea Bags (including Earl Grey and Fruit), Coffee, Tassimo Pods, Sugar, Milk, Ketchup, Brown Sauce, Vegetable Oil, Washing Up Liquid, Dishwasher Tablets, Clothes Washing Tablets and Fabric Conditioner to get you started. The Breakfast Bar can seat up to 4 people. There is also a High Chair provided, children’s Cutlery and Plastic Cups. Second Floor:
The first Double Bedroom has a new King-Sized bed with Memory Foam Mattress, Bedside Drawers and Lamps. It also has a large Built-in Wardrobe with plenty of shelves, hanging space and Hangers. There are 2 mirrors in here; one square and the other full-length and near the plug sockets. A brand new Hairdryer is also supplied. The first Single Bedroom has 2 new Single Beds with a Beside Drawer, Lamp, Child’s Nightlights and a Wardrobe with Child and Adult Hangers. If it were the case that there were more than 4 adults in the group then the single beds are big enough to accommodate you. They aren’t the child sized, narrower / shorter beds. The Cot provided is a Hauck Dream’n Play, 120 x 60cms / from Birth to 15 kg, 3-Part Travel Bed with Folding Mattress and Carry Bag, Tilt-Resistant with an additional Waterproof Mattress & Protector. The main Bathroom is also on the 2nd floor. It has a Bath, separate Shower, Sink, Toilet and Mirror with LED Lights, Demister and Pad Touch Control. Third Floor
The Master Double Bedroom has a new King-Sized bed with Memory Foam Mattress, Bedside Drawers and Lamps. It also has a 49” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV & Soundbar. There is a large Built-in Wardrobe with plenty of shelves, hanging space and Hangers. A second, brand new Hairdryer is also supplied. The En-suite Bathroom adjoins this Bedroom. It has a Shower, Sink, Toilet and Mirror with LED Lights, Demister and Pad Touch Control. There is also the second Balcony that looks out on parts of Ilfracombe. The second Single Bedroom has 2 new Single Beds with a Beside Drawer, Lamp, Child’s Nightlights and a Wardrobe. Its is the same size and format as the one on the second floor. We have also supplied some Pedestal Fans.
4 Stairgates are fitted; at the foot of the stairs in the hall and at the top of each Staircase. (END)

You will have access to the whole house, garage and back yard. Other things to note
Booking the house means you have space for one car; the garage. Others vehicles you agree to park elsewhere. The spaces in the Close belong to the residents.
