The Barn is a lovely, cosy, upside-down, cottage. Easter on the ground floor, where there’s a double bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs to the open plan kitchen diner and lounge area!

Set within 3 acres of grounds it’s ideal for exploring or exercising your furry companions 🐶

In walking distance to the local pubs, village shop, The Sandy Cove hotel and, with the north Devon costal path being only 1 mile away, you can either turn left towards Ilfracombe or right towards Combe Martin!

Middle Lee Farm is open all year long

We have 4 cottages situated in a courtyard setting within 3 acres of grounds in the beautiful village of Berrynarbor in North Devon. In walking distance to the 3 local pubs, village shop and, with the north Devon costal path being only 1 mile away, you can either turn left towards Ilfracombe or right towards Combe Martin!

3 of our cottages have a double and twin bedroom. Each with their own sun-terrace, with charcoal BBQ! The other cottage is an upside down cottage with a double bedroom and a secluded garden a short distance away.

We are dog friendly 🐶 (max 2, £30 per dog, per stay). And there are plenty of enclosed areas for them to explore!

We have a games area, a small playground for our younger guests, a field (ideal for playing football, rounders and cricket) where our 2 miniature Shetland ponies reside in an enclosed paddock and a laundry room.

Now that the school summer holidays are over, Ilfracombe is is the perfect time for people wanting to enjoy some relaxation time, whether with friends, families or as a couple.

The weather is warm and our wildlife is still out and about, joining us on many of our trips.
