Lyme Regis is just a short drive away. The Marine Parade and Gun Cliff Walk makes for a beautiful and accessible destination for a day trip to the Jurassic coast.

The town council has two beach wheelchairs so you can access the sandy and pebble beaches, as well as a floating wheelchair so you can enjoy the sea.

The all-terrain wheelchairs can be hired for free by those who need support getting onto the beach and into the water.

Beautifully finished and spacious accessible barn, set in the heart of the Somerset countryside. Surrounding by meadows, traditional orchards and our grazing herd of highland cattle, the barn offers a space where families, friends and carers can spend time together, relax and explore the local area.

Lots of questions regarding our profiling beds; me has side rails with removal cushion pads and an air flow mattress. The other can be raised or lowered all the way down to the floor.
Both covered by the ceiling track hoist and we also have a mobile hoist for those not comfortable using the ceiling track hoist.
We’re always happy to answer any questions regarding the Big Tin Barn as we hope to accommodate everyone as best we can and reduce the anxiety or pressures associated with travelling with disability care needs.
