The stillness and beauty of sun soaked mornings is something I'm yet to get over in Argyll and Bute! And so it makes us all the more excited to see the weather staying dry and clear for next morning's Foraging walk with ❤️

Join us in the morning for a selection of Bagels, Wild Drinks and Herbal Teas, before heading out to learn all about foraging for food, medicine and crafting materials safely and sustainability in the surrounding beauty of Inveraray. This session is family friendly and little ones go free!

Our Afternoon session will include wildcrafting and a wild lunch, with Vicky on hand to help you make your own body scrubs and edible salts and sugars, and the Ocho kitchen team whipping you up lunch from wild components.

Grant is delighted to be offering a Cod Fishcake, Roasted Broccoli, Seaweed Salsa Verde and Pickled Seaweed with a Conifer Salted Tulle, and Colin will be rounding off the meal with home baking with conifer sugar. Perfectly washed down with a Pine Syrup Espresso Martini perhaps?
