We had a lovely day out to Lochgoilhead yesterday to visit the fabulous Boatshed Cafe, a 40 minute drive. Followed by a stop at the Tinkers Heart to take in the views looking over Loch Fyne to Inveraray

Only 20 minutes from Inveraray

Awesome 🌐 A church constructed in several different architectural styles, the impossibly atmospheric St Conan's Kirk on moody, frequently misty Loch Awe is a gem not to be overlooked on the journey to or from in Argyll. Nearby, the imposing 'hollow mountain' Ben hydro electric scheme - which you can also visit, travelling deep inside the mountain - received a £500m boost as the eco-friendly pump storage power station is to be much enlarged. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
