WANTED - Coach Tour Guides. As the longest established and leading independent coach tour provider at the port of Invergordon, Scotland's most visited mainland cruise port of call, and due to increasing demand for our ever popular day tours of the northern Highlands, we require a number of additional tour guides. Prior experience is desirable although not an absolute requirement for applicants, as full training will be provided. Some tour dates are available over the remaining 2 months of this current cruise season. Looking ahead to our 2025 season, upwards of 60 port days will be on offer between April and October. So if you have an outgoing personality, good customer service skills, a good knowledge of Ross-shire, Sutherland, Inverness-shire and beyond, and a desire to share this with up to 57 cruise guests hungry for their day in the Highlands. Would all cruise guests and crew on Princess Cruises Regal Princess due to visit the port of tomorrow, Wednesday 10/07/2024, please note that it's forecast to be wet, therefore PLEASE BE PREPARED. Please also note that as an independent coach tour operator we are prevented from loading and unloading our tour coaches inside or just outside the port. A 5 minute walk is required to and from our coaches on days. Additionally, do take note that ALL tour coaches visiting Inverness are required to set down and pick up their passengers on Ardross Street, 5 - 8 minutes walk from the city centre. As the year draws to a close we would like to thank our first class coach suppliers, Simpson's Coaches, Watermill Coaches Ltd, Victoria Group Ltd & Central Taxis NE - Millbank Coaches, our second to none top tour guides Lorraine Chisholm, the Hielan Quine (Ali Wilson) & Glen McGill, for having helped us to make 2023 our best season since we began operating from the port of Invergordon. Also a huge thanks to our various coach driver overnight accommodation suppliers. And of course a huge thanks to all our guests over the years, without whom we would never have got to where we are now. Oh and not forgetting the fabulous service we have got used to receiving time after time from our friends at Inverness City Centre BID, you have helped us make coach parking in Inverness flawless.
