Glasgow Airport We have just dropped off our car at the Valet parking service, operated by National Car Parks only to be verbally abused by the staff. After a 4 hour journey with a family of 2 young children, to be met with shouts and foul, abusive language at a service booked and paid for was beyond shocking. Danny, the NCP member of staff who began shouting at me to move my vehicle, (while parked at the designated stop area for the service I had booked) as I cleared up the detritus gathered in the rear only went on to tell me how he didn't give a sh*t when I asked him where I was supposed to park. This is being treated like a VIP? (as your sign says) This is your "friendly staff" as your sign indicated I drop my keys off at? I have never been spoken to like that in a customer service environment and will be taking this further. I am saddened that this is the welcome visitors can expect from the city of my family where my great grandfather, William Beresford Inglis build the famous Beresford Hotel on Sauchiehall Street to welcome guests from all over the world.
