Are you good at making customers happy and have a passion for delivering high quality experiences? Highland Vehicle Rental is looking for an enthusiastic Fleet Services & Guest Relations team member in Inverness. We rent out cars and vans across the Highlands and Outer Hebrides, and we need someone to help our customers have the best experience.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Highland Vehicle Rental is part of CHH Group, a small collection of independent vehicle rental providers that has been offering great vehicles for rent since 2009. We believe in paying fair wages and treating our staff well.
This is a flexible position with variable hours each week paying Β£12/hr.
Rota and hours worked will be discussed at the interview stage.
YOUR JOB
As a Fleet Services & Guest Relations team member, you will:
- Deliver high quality vehicle cleaning, preparation and delivery.
- Assist customers with their queries about vehicles, such as features, operation, and safety.
- Make sure our customers have great experiences.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalised and high-quality customer service.
- Maintain updated knowledge of our services, products, tools, and systems to identify ways to bring value to the team.
- Meet set deadlines and targets, adjusting, learning, and communicating as roadblocks are encountered or new information becomes available.
- Proactively volunteer to own issues on behalf of the team, acting with limited manager oversight, and course-correcting when new information is presented.

- Essential Requirements
- A full, clean UK driving licence with at least 12 months experience is essential.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude, as our operations run 7 days a week (including shift work).
