This month we celebrate two years since we were finally able to fully open for our food and drink events at the Downright Gabbler - just over a year after we had originally planned.

In our first year we very much relied on local custom to keep us going, with travel restrictions still in place for overseas travel.

Our local pub is opening! Yay! 🍻🍾🥂🥃

🎉 RE-OPENING 🎉

The news you’ve all be patiently waiting for, we are beyond delighted and ready to announce we will be opening our outdoor bar and garden on Wednesday the 28th of April!

For the time being we will remain closed inside until guidelines have changed, but we have put both marquees back up along with our patio seating.

Our opening hours will be 12-9pm Wednesday-Sunday, serving food 12-7.45pm. We will not be taking bookings at the moment for outside, just pop along!

Continuing in line with government guidelines our systems will be similar to last year with current social distancing measures and cleaning measures to help keep customers and staff safe.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last year we can’t wait to welcome you all back, along with new faces visiting!

I’m sure many of you are ready for a cold drink with this view 🍻☀️
