Sneak peek of the Journey Stone at the new Inverness Castle Experience! ✨

When the beautifully redesigned gardens on the castle esplanade open, visitors will be greeted by the Journey Stone—a unique and symbolic wayfinding marker welcoming everyone to the Highlands. Made possible by the generous support of Global Energy Group, the Journey Stone will mark the start or end of an unforgettable journey.

Its striking design by Mather & Co.—crafted from static steel cut panels set into Caithness stone—will create a dynamic ‘open doorway’ effect, symbolising the openness of the Highlands and the transitions we experience along the way—a perfect metaphor for exploration and discovery.

Surrounded by benches, the area will provide a perfect spot to rest, take in the breathtaking views of Inverness, and reflect on your travels.

Join us for a fantastically festive evening of Christmas Carols, Mince Pies, and Mulled Wine at our first ever Carol Concert and our final event of 2024. This will also be our last fundraiser in aid of our 2024 Charity of the Year Highland Action For Little Ones - Halo
HALO provide essential items for children and families in need across the Highlands. They aim to uplift and empower disadvantaged children by providing essential support and resources. They provide families with clothing, shoes, nappies, baby equipment, school clothing, and basic essentials such as toiletries. Their vision is not only to provide immediate assistance but also to serve as a catalyst for positive change in the lives of those they support.
With special thanks to Highland-Escape.com who have generously donated this venue free of charge to aid with our fundraising, to Kai at KBE Event Services for the Event Production and all of the wonderful singers who have agreed to perform for us free of charge; Sarah Mackay (Vocalist page), Kelly Davidson, Amy Mullen Music ‘Tapestry of Wonders’, KT Munro - Singer, Zoe Kinnear McIntyre, and Caoimhe Simpson 🎤

🕙It runs from 10am to 3pm.
♿There is ONLY blue badge parking at the Links. Do not come to the Links in a vehicle unless you have a blue badge, are an entrant, stallholder or sponsor.
🅿There is parking available at the Viewfield next to Nairn Museum for £3
🎠There's lots to enjoy including vehicles from throughout the decades, stalls, ponies, food vendors and children's activities.
🏆Winners will be announced from 2pm.

SKERRYVORE RETURN FOR ANOTHER MASSIVE HIGHLAND CONCERT

Scottish sensation Skerryvore have today announced that they will be returning to the Highland capital this December, after the massive success of their show last year!

LCC Live, organisers of Live in the City, kicked off last year’s Christmas concert series with the celtic-rock group, and they’ll be making their return to the Inverness Leisure Centre on Friday 6th December 2024 for another energetic concert filled with all of their iconic hits!
