Great day for the OnVenture team at the Ipswich Half Marathon, running the water station at Bourne Bridge.

Massive shout out to Mutts Ward-ashton for completing his 7th half marathon in 7 days!!!! Huge effort, very proud!

And we'll done to all the runners and volunteers, everyone smashed it!

The OnVenture team would like to give a massive shout-out to Mutts Ward-ashton, who started his seven half marathons in seven days challenge yesterday.

Mutts has worked incredibly hard this year to train and prepare for this challenge.

His focus and determination to complete the challenge and raise funds and awareness for the charity is inspirational.
The OnVenture team will be joining him on Friday for his fifth half-marathon!

And anyone doing the Ipswich Half on Sunday can join him for seventh!

Yesterday was a truly epic day as OnVenture delivered the Three Counties - Seven Piers cycle ride to raise money and awareness for Suffolk Mind, Norfolk and Waveney Mind and Mid and North East Essex Mind.

The ride started at Great Yarmouth and headed south along the stunning east coast to Lowestoft, Southwold, Felixstowe, Harwich, Walton, and finishing in sunny (and windy) Clacton!

The unique and challenging part of the ride was the Harwich Harbour Ferry Crossing from Felixstowe to Harwich, which required riders to plan ahead and consider their pace to make the crossing times.

All the riders did incredibly well, working very hard and very much enjoyed the refreshment stops at Walberswick and Landguard Fort.

A big thank you to all the supporters on-route, the charity volunteers, Landguard Fort for use of the courtyard for the lunch stop (please do visit the Fort, great for a day out) , the Harwich Harbour Ferry Services, and Clacton Pier.

Working with the three Mind charities on the Three Counties - Seven Piers cycle ride was a pleasure.

The team at OnVenture cannot wait to deliver this incredible event again!

The OnVenture team was out this morning completing an important recce ahead of our second big event of the year next week.

A good 81 miles enjoyed in Suffolk and Essex, in surprising great weather.

On Sunday, the OnVenture team delivered our first cycling event of the year, the Shop Shop 100 for St Elizabeth Hospice. What a day it was!

The scorching weather made the ride even more challenging, but all the riders performed incredibly well, fueled by our refreshment and lunch stops.

The successful delivery of this event results from countless hours of work and planning behind the scenes, as well as a great collaboration between OnVenture and the fantastic team at St Elizabeth Hospice.

We want to express a huge thank you to all the volunteers who played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe running of the event.

As the last rider crossed the finish line after a very long day and weekend for everyone, we were truly amazed to be told that the event had raised over £6,000 for the hospice. That, above everything else, makes us feel incredibly proud.

On to the next event now in June!

Busy day for the OnVenture team running a recce for a planned 100 mile cycle event we are delivering in May.

Our focus is always on safety, so we check and record every major junction ahead of events.

Fortunately, with good route planning and the abundance of quiet roads in Suffolk, we have a great platform to produce a safe and enjoyable ride.
