Okay, the Great Outdoors isn't for everyone. The tawny owls hooting at night, the smell of wood smoke in your hair in the evening, and the steaming hot tub under the stars... well, it might just not float your boat.

But for those who think this sounds rather nice, a stay in this beautiful safari tent might just be for you.

This is a photo of the oh-so-comfortable safari tent, which sleeps up to six people in three separate bedrooms. It has a full kitchen and seating area, with a toasty log burner to keep you warm.

If you are looking for a last minute escape to Devon, 'Glow Worm' tent is available from Monday 19th for 3 or 4 nights. Suitable for 2 - 5 people in 2 bedrooms (king and bunk with optional camp bed or cot). Relax in the hot tub and tell stories around the campfire. Go on...you deserve it.

Your holiday awaits in South Devon!
You can chose from two beautiful safari tents set just a 20 minute drive from Mothecombe beach. Either sleeps up to 5 in two bedrooms or up to 6 in three bedrooms. Complete with internal shower rooms, kitchens with electric hobs, kettle and toaster (the largest tent even has a dishwasher and full oven!). Comfy sofas set around a log burner.

'There might be a better Glamping tent/site but don’t bother looking. Brackenhill is simply perfect, you will not be disappointed. The beds are extremely comfortable, no chance of being cold at night as each bed had an electric blanket. The wood fired hot tub was amazing, once in you didn’t want to get out. Bring your kids glamping! They will love it. Also, as it turns out, if you have children, it really is quite hard to holiday without them. 😉

We have two safari tents on site with loads of space between them. As one guest put it, 'There's plenty of room outside for the little one's to run around and we are far enough away from the other tent to not disturb them as our boys can be pretty loud at times!'. There are firepits to roast marshmallows around, board games, wildlife guides and a big sand pit play table to poke about with. High chairs and travel cots are available for tiddlers and the stairs have gates on them to prevent teeny escapees.
