Good morning! 🥱 Still on a high from last night, but definitely paying the price this morning 🛌 💤 🙈🤣

So last night’s training event was with Quark Expeditions, a top travel provider for polar adventures, who are also leading the charge in taking explorers to the most remote regions of the Arctic and Antarctic.

They specialize in (I’d have said once-in-a-lifetime before last night but majority of their customers are returning ones) journeys, from icebreaker cruises to immersive wildlife experiences.

Manchester - a city where I’m never quite sure if I’m supposed to be driving on the tram line as it heads straight for me! 🙈😂 But I'm beyond excited for tonight's event.

Antarctica has always been on my bucket list (last few to tick off now) and I’m hoping to visit it with Nicholas before I turn 55.

I want to take Nicholas again, it was so much fun, but he still believes and what if he asks me why Santa looks different? 😫

My dad trying to make me jealous, he keeps sending me photos of his hotel and room - Lijiang Waterfall Hotel in Guilin, China 🇨🇳. He knows how much I love a nice luxury hotel room 🙈🤣

How cool is this hotel though?! It’s even got a Mahjong table in the room, not that I know how to play Mahjong 🙈🤣

This has got me laughing way more than it should!

Seriously though, why is pizza made round, packed in a square box, and eaten as a triangle? Never thought about it before!

On another note, Nicholas is dying to visit Pisa because he’s convinced the streets there are lined with rolls and rolls of pepperoni pizza 🍕 just waiting for him! 🙈🤦🏻‍♀️ Sometimes I do worry about that kid and what goes through his little head 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣
