What an incredible last day for Jane and Alf! On motorcycle Safari around 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 😍 sightings of elephants, giraffe, zebra and to top it off a Lioness and her cub 🦁.

Today has had a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the last three days! 😅
This morning the sun was shining so we took full advantage and went for a boat ride 🚤 Exploring the pristine 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝘃𝘂 😍 we also visited the local open market and inspected todays catch something tells me we’re having fish for dinner 😉

Yesterday the guys left 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗼 heading towards their lodge at 𝗞𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗼 no gorilla trekking this tour so we had plenty of time to stop and take in the awesome scenery Uganda has to offer including the viewpoint at 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝘆𝗶! 😍
Today the guys crossed over into 𝗥𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 with our destination being the serene shores of 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝘃𝘂 🌴🥥🍹 we have some time to Enjoy the tranquility of the Lake before we venture into 𝗞𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗶 on Saturday 😎

we have been so busy planning for Adventure Bike Rider that we completely forgot to post about our April Extended 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖 Tour that started yesterday! (don't tell the boss🙈) this Tour is slightly different to normal as some last Minute Issues meant that our American clients had to Reschedule to later in the year 😢 but as they say the show must go on and now Jane and Alf from the UK are on their very own Private Tour!😎

Yesterday saw them ride From 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮 towards 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗼, Stopping at the Equator for a quick Photo 📸 after arriving at our Lodge for the evening and a quick beer it was time for an afternoon Game Drive no 𝙇𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙙 🐆 sightings yet but we're keeping our fingers crossed!

Only three days left of this years second Extended

And what a tour it’s been! Since our last post The group headed from
𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙡 to 𝘽𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩 to do our 𝑮𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂 Trek then onwards into 𝙍𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖 for two days rest at the Paradise of 𝙇𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙆𝙞𝙫𝙪… yesterday they headed to 𝙆𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙞 to take in the sights and sounds of this magnificent city and l tomorrow we will be heading toward 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗼 as we start the final stretch back to 𝑲𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒍𝒂 💪

Day 11 & 12
The group spent yesterday at Murchison falls doing multiple game drives and a boat safari! Without a doubt the most exciting part of yesterday’s safaris was spotting multiple leopards and lions in the trees!
Today (day 12) the group headed out on their final ride back to Kampala and the end of the tour 😢. It’s a bittersweet moment when a tour ends but I’m sure many of the group will stay in touch 🍻
Uganda you have been amazing as always and we can’t wait to be back in 4 weeks time for our next Tour 💪😎

Day 9 & 10
Yesterday was a mixture of relaxation and adventure for the group as the heavens opened in the morning thankfully our Chimpanzee trek was scheduled for the afternoon so we decided to hunker down and wait out the rain… until someone mentioned a canoe ride that is 😂 the resident hippos where more than happy to share the lake 👀
Today (day 10) saw the group set sail for our penultimate destination Murchison Falls the road was long but amazing with corners that would rival a GP circuit 🏎️
Over the next two days we will be safariing in Murchison falls so keep your fingers crossed for some close encounters 🦁🐘🦒🐆

One of the highlights of being on tour is the serendipitous moments that unfold, the unexpected encounters that not only bring a smile to our faces but also brighten the spirits of those around us.

Yesterday, while on our way to Fort Portal a local musician approached us, expressing a desire for our group to feature in his upcoming music video alongside our bikes. Naturally, the team enthusiastically embraced the opportunity, and our lead guide, Jordan, was captured joyfully grooving to the beat. How fantastic! 🏍️🎶🥁👏

Day 8 Greetings from the heart of Uganda! 🇺🇬 Today, our journey took us from the vibrant city of Mbarara to the enchanting town of Fort Portal. The road led us through the lush beauty of Kibale Forest, where we couldn't resist stopping to share smiles and sweets with the incredible local kids. 🍬👧👦

Along the way, we stumbled upon a traditional brick kiln, witnessing the age-old craftsmanship that tells the story of this remarkable region. 🧱 Our adventure culminated in Fort Portal, where we'll be immersing ourselves in the rich culture for the next two days.

Tomorrow promises another thrilling chapter as we embark on a chimpanzee trekking expedition!

Day 7 the group left 𝐊𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐢 early this morning heading for the boarder 🌄
They crossed into 𝐔𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 with ease and are now heading towards 𝐌𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐚 and tonight’s lodge 🛖
Today is a transiting day as the group etches closer to 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥 and 𝐊𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 the tarmac is great and the views are amazing! 🏞️
Once at 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥 the group has lots of activities planned from a tea plantation visit ☕️ to visiting a local school 👨‍🏫 And the option of a 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐞𝐞 trek 🐒

Day 5 After leaving 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐯𝐮 this morning the group had a brief run in with the local 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 👮‍♂️🚨
after a quick chat the group was back moving again heading for tonight’s destination of 𝐊𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐢 🏍️😎
It’s pretty grim weather wise so the guests are putting their dancing shoes on and going out for the evening 🕺

The guests had a busy day exploring around 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐯𝐮 today going for a boat ride 🚤 to explore the local area stoping for a mid day beer 🍻 and a dip 🏊 in the pristine waters and then on to visiting a typical 𝐑𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧 Market 🐟🐠
Time to get some shut eye 😴

Day 4 - Today is a rest day and the guests are taking in the sights and sounds of 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐯𝐮 but the work never stops our guides 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 & 𝐉𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧 and Tour Mechanic 𝐒𝐮𝐥𝐚 have been hard at work prepping the bikes and Backup Truck for the journey back into 𝐔𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 in 2 days time.
Tomorrow the group heads into 𝐊𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐢 but for now it’s time to sit back, relax and enjoy the view 😍🍻

Day 3 ✔️
The day started with an early morning Trek to see the majestic 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬 a truly once in a lifetime experience! Then onwards to 𝐑𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 and our destination for this evening 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐯𝐮 💪
I think the guests have earned tonight’s beers 🍻
Tomorrow is a rest day and a chance for the guests to relax and unwind.

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 -
Today the group headed out of 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗼 towards tonight’s destination 𝐊𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐨! Having a wet start with a small “puddle” to contend with before hitting the road.
As we etched closer towards 𝐊𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐨 the scenery changed rapidly from the open Savannah of 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗼 to the majestic 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 ⛰️
Today was a riding day as we have a Big day ahead of us tomorrow with our 𝐆𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 Trek and crossing into 𝐑𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 💪

Not a bad start to day one of our
𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐔𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 & 𝐑𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫!
A flat tyre meant the luggage truck fell behind but the show must go on…
We had a brief rest stop at 𝐔𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 and took the obligatory Instagram pics 📸
Finally we arrived at 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐌𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐨 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 around lunchtime but one final obstacle laid in our path a small water crossing that shouldn’t of been there (Uganda has had a lot of rain recently) but the team took it all in their stride and I’m happy to report we all stayed dry and the right way up 💪 now for a quick bite to eat and a few beers before heading out on safari 🦒🐆🐘🦁
