The calm after the storm 😌

The play park field and the dog freedom area are currently closed as a result of damage caused by the high winds yesterday. These areas will be closed until further notice.

The team are currently out asssesing and recording any damage, currently, there are no holiday homes impacted by any damage that we are aware of.

The team will be busy over the coming days tidying the park and removing any fallen or loose objects.

Beautiful sunset on a very cold day here at Gatebeck. We are experiencing temperatures as low as -8 overnight, we have had a lot of owners who have arrived to frozen water pipes, please be mindful if you are travelling to the park. 🌄❄️

It is due to be very cold until the weekend, with temperatures due to drop to below -8 degrees.❄️

If you arrive and you have no water it may be that your water has been turned off by the team to protect your holiday home. 🚱

Please note, the team cannot carry out drain downs on holiday homes when there are frozen pipes.

As we approach the Christmas period, we’d like to share our festive opening hours and some important reminders.

Festive Opening Hours

While the park remains open, our park team will have adjusted availability as follows:

• 23rd December – 9am – 5pm

• 24th December (Christmas Eve) – 10am – 2pm

• 25th December (Christmas Day) – Closed

• 26th December (Boxing Day) – Closed

• 27th – 31st December – 10am – 2pm

• 1st January (New Year’s Day) – Closed

• 2nd January – 9am – 5pm

Gas Bottle Reminder

Please ensure you check your gas bottles regularly and place your orders as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions. We want to ensure we have enough time to accommodate your requests, especially during this busy period.
