The house has four beautifully furnished bedrooms and solid oak furniture throughout; on the ground

floor there is one super king size bedroom (can be made up as twin on request) with ensuite shower room and TV, and also a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The modern family bathroom is also located on the ground floor. Head upstairs, you will find two further bedrooms, one twin bedroom (can be made up as superking on request) and another double bedroom. Each room will be dressed in luxury linen and towels for your arrival. The top floor makes the perfect social space for families or groups to spend quality time together. There is a comfortable light and airy living area with new leather sofas, bespoke dining space and a fully equipped quality kitchen with all the mod cons. There are french doors in the lounge leading out onto the balcony area where you could easily spend an hour or two enjoying the stunning fell views and entire Keswick town. There is a private patio at the back of the house with a round picnic table. Additionally, a hose and brush are provided for walking boot cleaning. There is also a separate shed for bike storage if required. ***Free walking guide (exclusive to Manesty House) – if you are coming to the Keswick for the first time, why don’t you inquire about free of cost personal walking guide (subject to the availability, weather conditions and specific requirement you might have – please contact us for further information)***
