However you choose to unwind, the Lakes has something for everyone. I had a glorious dip - if v chilly - in Bassenthwaite today. Derwentwater is a 15 min stroll - or 5min jog - from the door of Abernethy. Perfect time to warm up pre-dip and run back for a hot shower afterwards!

What an amazing few weeks in the Lake District! Keswick and the surrounding fells and lakes have all looked stunning in the glorious sunshine. The waters are warm and the market has even had a 'sun hat' stall.

We still have a few mid-week slots available in next few weeks and there are a few weekend slots free in the Autumn.
