Great news that the Keswick Mountain Festival will go ahead this year!
IMPORTANT! KMF 2021 POSTPONED TO 10TH-12TH SEPT 2021.
Having reviewed the UK Government's roadmap out of Lockdown, we have concluded that the original dates of 21-23 May are too close to the earliest first date for the resumption of major events and have made the difficult decision to reschedule this years event to later in the year across the weekend of the 10th - 12th September.
The earliest possible date for events of our type is 17 May and it would be irresponsible to press ahead with preparations to hold a full-scale festival starting only four days later and disappoint our customers twice, nor do we want our visitors to experience a watered down event.
With support from our sponsors, exhibitors and local stakeholders we have made the difficult decision to move the festival to the 10th - 12th September 2021. We hope that everyone who has already booked a place will join us for a celebration of the outdoors in our stunning and safe outdoor setting.
The programme for this year’s festival remains unchanged, but the line-up of live music will be different from what was originally planned. Details of the new acts will be unveiled in the near future.
All lead bookers have been emailed and notified about this date change with further instructions on what to do next. Please, please, please check your junk folders.
