We are looking for a Chief Steward to join a 50m Motor Yacht. This is a pretty busy private vessel where you will rotate with a long-standing Chief Steward. This position offers a time for time rotation and looking for someone who is keen to gain some good longevity. The role is busy as the owners live onboard during the summer so you will have a lot of guest interaction and work closely with them. You will be in charge of running a team of 3 girls who all rotate throughout housekeeping, service and laundry. The vessel is single-season and spends the winters in Western Europe. Someone with strong service experience is required as this will be a large part of your role as well as getting creative with different table decorations daily.

We are currently looking for a First Mate to join a fantastic 35m+ sailing yacht on a rotational basis. Please note that initially, the rotation will not follow a fixed timeframe, as this is a new arrangement for the vessel. However, it is expected to evolve into a time-for-time rotation in the future. The yacht is private, dual-season, and has plans for world cruising. Currently, it is in the yard, and we are ideally looking for someone to join as soon as possible or by early January. The upcoming itinerary includes cruising the Caribbean and the U.S, followed by Greenland for summer 2025. In this role, you will initially focus on deliveries and yard periods, with plans to eventually join the vessel for trips as well. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility and keen to transition into a rotational role.

Are you available for a temporary role? We are looking for a Relief Sole Engineer to join a 35m Sailing Yacht. This will be for around two to three months, with the vessel being out of the water until the end of April. You will be staying in shore-based accommodation in Spain with the crew. For this opportunity, we need someone who is a hands-on and motivated individual. You must be happy to start within the next week or so and be away for Christmas. Ideally previous experience on a sailing yacht is preferred.
