🤠 Fancy a ranch holiday but want to try western riding a little closer to home before you go? 🤠

Castellare di Tonda offers western riding on well schooled horses in the beautiful Tuscan countryside in Italy.

The riding here is relaxed to allow you to get used to this new style. If trail riding is your main interest, you can choose from the Medieval Tuscany (20 hours of riding) or Heart of Tuscany (12 hours of riding) programme.

Experienced western riders may wish to do a more intensive Trail and Train programme which involves lessons focusing on the reining manoeuvres as well as trail rides.

We'd love to share this super feedback from ITS client Tony, who recently did the Barichara Ride in Colombia. Tony says:

"This is a beautiful part of the world, in a remote corner of Colombia. The ride is a great mix of viewing the country on horseback and seeing how people live there, including riding through lovely colonial towns and villages, with their immaculately maintained central squares.

We stayed in lovely settings. The accommodation was of a very high standard and immaculately presented.

Julio and his small team were excellent. Hard working, friendly and helpful. Julio’s passion for his country shone through.

The local people we came across were universally smiling and friendly."
