Alfresco lunch by the river at the Failford Inn. Seafood platter for two! Doesnā€™t get much better! Lobster, whitebait, cod, prawns, langoustines and a steaming pot of mussels served with a delicious salad.

Our Story

A cosy one bedroom cottage hidden behind the walled garden. Perfect for short or longer breaks, it has a bright kitchen with dining & a cosy sitting room overlooking the garden with TV, DVD player & library as well as a good choice of books, Scrabble, Backgammon and Solitaire.

The double bedroom is bright and dual aspect. The bed is made with a down duvet, feather topper and pillows and will be prepared with fine cotton for your arrival. There is a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hanging as well as drawers. The room is equipped with bathrobes & a hairdryer.

The bathroom has a bath with telescopic shower. In the hall, youā€™ll find a washer/dryer.

The cottage is prepared with basic fresh items for arrival including milk, eggs, bread and there is a good selection of pantry items.
