Just five miles from the stunning Brancaster Beach; six miles from the charming Georgian village of Burnham Market and a fifteen minute drive to the Sandringham Estate, Docking is the perfect location to explore this wonderful coast. The house has been completely refurbished with br

and new sofas, furniture and hotel quality beds and a new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with separate shower. It provides comfortable accommodation for up to four guests within its two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds. Hilltop has a safe, enclosed front lawned garden and picnic bench. It is conveniently situated within a short walk of a local pub; a fantastic village shop, a fish & chip shop and a children's playground. The cottage has a log burning stove for those winter breaks away and welcomes a small well behaved dog. There is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, high chair and travel cot.

Bordoli's pizzas are great and in the village every Monday from 5pm at Ripper Hall.

Time Horizon by Antony Gormley at Houghton Hall is absolutely brilliant and well worth a visit. We’ve had a fantastic day and the walled garden is beautiful too with the Waterflame - one of only two in the world. A great day topped off with a pint at The Jolly Farmers in North Creake.

Time Horizon, one of Antony Gormley’s most spectacular large-scale installations, will be shown across the grounds and through the house at Houghton Hall in Norfolk from 21 April – 31 October 2024, the first time the work will be staged in the UK.
