Loved our walk around the 6 acres of the walled garden at Holkham Hall.

Time Horizon by Antony Gormley at Houghton Hall is absolutely brilliant and well worth a visit. We’ve had a fantastic day and the walled garden is beautiful too with the Waterflame - one of only two in the world. A great day topped off with a pint at The Jolly Farmers in North Creake.

Time Horizon, one of Antony Gormley’s most spectacular large-scale installations, will be shown across the grounds and through the house at Houghton Hall in Norfolk from 21 April – 31 October 2024, the first time the work will be staged in the UK.

December Tide Times

We want to keep you informed of the tide times to help prevent beach goers from being cut off by the tide.

Our beach goes out a long way which is great for walking and enjoying our coastline; however, there is a real danger of being cut off by the incoming tide. By being aware of the tide times and having the knowledge that you must be back on the main part of the beach where the sand is soft and dry at least 4 hours before high tide, you can help yourself and family remain safe

Just the best fragrances I’ve known from boudiccadesign in Burnham Market. Faith’s scented candles are amazing too. We all have our favourites but we’ve always had Pomegranate and Patchouli at Hilltop.
