"We didn't like it, we loved it!!
Slightly difficult access first time but superb location. Watching the tide come in and the sun go down was just fantastic from the upstairs bedroom and balcony.
Beautiful walks along coast with great eateries.

The Old Guard now has availability from 5th April - 12th April. Just 50m from a dog friendly beach and the southwest coast path.

The property sleeps 6 with two bathrooms and an outside shower, garden and parking for several cars, plus a large terrace overlooking the sea.

Fantastic walking on my favourite bit of coast path a few weeks ago. These Highland cows are just beautiful, they can be seen grazing on this stunning stretch of coastline between Bolt Head and Bolt Tail, just a few kilometres from The Old Guard.

A definite sign (no pun intended 😀) that Spring is here and it's the start of the new season. I love it when I arrive in Hope and see this signpost.
Most of the summer is already booked at The Old Guard, but we still have some weeks available in April/May for some early season breaks.
