We are a small, local holiday letting agency based in Devon. We only market what we perceive to be beautiful properties in Devon, and whilst there are many much bigger agencies based in this stunning part of the world, we believe we offer something different which works for some property owners and a growing number of potential guests. Quite simply, we don’t have a marketing budget worth hundreds of thousands of pounds. We don’t have the budget to sponsor the biggest of the local events in the region. We don’t have big shiny offices. BUT, we do have a passion for the industry, the area, and a focus on making the guests experience as good as it possibly can be. If you’re looking for a local agency who can still deliver results for your letting property, without feeling the need to tie you into ridiculously scary legally worded contracts, why not contact us to have a chat?
