Kingsbridge Youth For Christ is a registered charity, No: 1137166, based in the South Hams of Devon, that is passionate about making a real difference to young people in Kingsbridge and the surrounding areas. Our mandate is to:

'Take good news relevantly to every young person in the South Hams'

We do this through a range of formal and non-formal activities at our weekly drop-in, our street te

ams, mobile project, work club, small group work and 1:1 mentoring. Our innovative projects and programmes are designed around meeting real local need and are developed in collaboration with the community in which we live and the young people themselves. We seek to demonstrate, promote and encourage Christian values including, dignity, respect and empowerment by developing friendships built on the foundation of trusting relationships and positive role models. We are proud of, and faithful to our Christian ethos and believe that the ultimate 'good news' is to experience and accept the love of God through Jesus Christ. However we will NOT co-erce, sensationalise or manipulate impressionable minds, only help interested young people explore issues of faith, when appropriate, from a Christian perspective and aid them in their individual journeys to find truth.

🎉LIMITLESS FESTIVAL 🎉

For our 3rd year running we will be taking a group of young people to Limitless Festival. It's from 3-8th August up in Staffordshire Showground.

Limitless is a jam-packed week of activities (last year there were zorb balls, zipline, silent discos every night, a skate park, sports all day, a foam party, fun run, slip-n-slide and lots more). It's also a great time to hang out with friends, enjoy camping, as well as a chance to see, hear and experience more about the Christian faith - not to mention a week of peace and quiet for you.
Although this is a Christian event, you do not have to be a Christian to attend. We would never force or coerce views and there is no expectations to become a Christian at the end of the week.

Tickets are selling out fast but we have some spaces left!

🌟NEW TIMES 🌟 Starting from after half term these are the new times for our Christian Union. All year groups are still welcome to come along afterschool for the 3:30-4:30 session but the session will be aimed at years 7-9. Then from 4:30-5:30 it is just for year 10-13 where we will do bible study and go a bit deeper. 🙏 📖 ✝️

Our Story

Welcome to our new look and name – ‘Kingsbridge Youth For Christ’! Formerly known as ‘Spiritulized YFC’ we have been actively involved in the Kingsbridge community and local area for over two decades, sharing the message of Jesus and the Christian faith. We love Kingsbridge and the young people here, and believe there is a rich future, full of potential, for every one of them.

In Today’s culture, we recognise that to see change, there needs to be change; and we believe that a fresh new look and name will lead us into our next chapter as Youth For Christ in Kingsbridge.

In September 2018, Spiritulized YFC relaunched as Kingsbridge Youth For Christ.
