BEACH COTTAGE

A rare find! A light, spacious, coastal bungalow nestled right on the beach in the lovely quiet village of North Hallsands in S Devon. Driftwood looks down onto a golden beach surrounded by Sea Oats, lapped by crystal clear waters. Sitting right on the beautiful South West Coast path, up-coast from the mysterious lost village of South Hallsands with its fascinating history this well equipped three bedroom holiday retreat is great for walkers, swimmers or beach lovers.

The interior has been refurbished into a stylish holiday home, ideal for all types of groups, with all rooms being on the ground floor. It is an extremely well equipped, comfortable and relaxed holiday home.

Walk through to the open-plan living space, boasting a welcoming sitting room with two large leather sofas and an armchair to curl up in and enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the delightful electric fire. Gather around the dining area for a delicious home-cooked meal, or use this as a quiet space to do some reading with one of the provided books. The kitchen is amply-equipped with everything you could need to cook up a storm for the whole family!

There are three well-presented bedrooms: two doubles and one twin, perfect for all types of groups wishing to stay here. Each bedroom boasts spectacular views across the sea, and fine furnishings to store all your personal items.The family bathroom offers an elegant bath and shower over; take a relaxing soak in the tub of an evening to wash away those aches and pains from the day.

The large front garden rolls down to the sea and is perfect for al fresco dining so you can eat and enjoy the coastal views.

Off-road parking is available for four cars.

Ideally placed on the beautiful South West Coast Path, a National Trail stretching across 630 miles you will have easy access to a plethora of pathways for walking and cycling, with the wonderful coastline as your backdrop. Stroll along the coast path to the neighbouring village of Beesands for an evening drink or meal in the foodie pub The Cricketer Inn, gold winner in the South West Tourism Awards 2019 for Pub of the Year!

If you fancy a drive, then venture towards Woodlands Family Theme Park, which caters to all weather conditions and boasts thrilling rides, indoor and outdoor play centres - not to mention the zoo housing meerkats and falconry displays, something your little ones will delight in.

Discover a fantastic sand and shingle beach at the bottom of your garden where you can take your picnics and spend the whole day soaking up that sun, swimming or surfing!
