📢ANNOUNCEMENT📢
Just a gentle reminder can guests turn ALL the air conditioners off when they are out of the villa, either out for the day or around the pool area and make sure they are turned off when they leave please.

Please set them at 23/24 on the cool setting on a low fan as that’s all that’s needed to soon cool the room down with doors and windows closed.

Our bill this month was extortionate (10 x last months bill) and electric is a prize commodity in North Cyprus. So please don’t waste the electric, same with the water.

We don’t want to have to run a fair usage policy on the electric like some villas do, and charge extra after a certain amount of usage. Or have to spend money putting timers on the air conditioner units themselves.

We keep the villa cheap compared to similar villas in the area so we don’t want to have to think about big price increases to cover these bills either.

Jumping into the bank holiday weekend like…. So glad to hear our first guests of 2023 enjoyed their stay at No 3 Marina Park, and hopefully will be retuning in 2024!
