I never cooked a roast pork in my slow cooker, but went out this morning to harvest festival. So bunged it in. Been in 5 hours on high, then put vinegar and salt on the crackling at the end and popped in it the oven for 30 mins to crisps it up. The meat fell apart when I cut it and the crackling was perfect! Definitely be doing it again 🙂

Cooked on high for 6 hours slow roast beef beautiful. just put beef in slow cooker quarter cup of boiling water put on high for 6 hours. Half hour before if finished the meat juices I added gravy mix. Melt in your mouth 👄 house keepers cut beef Tesco
