We decided to add a splash of colour. Natural breathable paint is really important in an old structure. Ethereal Blue works perfectly 😍

We use wool pillows....what's in them? Quite a lot of wool! When they get lumpy as pillows do, no need to get rid of them, just empty out the contents (the cover is zipped) and work through it separating it all out of clumps. Then pop it back - simples! Wool is fire resistant, moisture wicking, mould resistant, hypoallergenic - dust mites don't like it, flexible, durable and sustainable. Perfect for a good night's sleep, which is why our quilt is also wool filled!

First dandelion of the season. These "weeds" are an essential early source of food for bees. Their taproots help to aerate compacted soil, and also pull nutrients to the surface for other plants to use.🥰🥰
