The Light of the North ✨ St Magnus cathedral is next up for our places to visit. The building works on this magnificent red and yellow sand stone building commenced in 1137 by Norse Earl Rognvald. It was built in honour of his uncle St Magnus. There is no need to go on a bird watching tour it's right outside your window 🙂🦅🦉 Who can help name the bird?! Our first guess was a kestrel. Second common buzzard. Third hen harrier. What a glorious morning it is down here in Cornquoy Bay at Tideline Tonics. Waking up to this view with a singing seal colony and oyster catchers.
