Thanks to John Wishart from the Agronomy Institute for this fantastic video showing our crop of bere being combined. This will be used by the Bruichladdich Distillery on Islay to produce whisky.

Three of our lambs had a day out at the local care home today for their “Peedie County Show” event.

This is only the second year we have grown bere for the Bruichladdich Distillery on Islay so it’ll be a few years before Erik can sample whisky made with Blackhall Farm bere.
