We’ve been open just over a year now for bookings for the lodges 👍😊 and what a fantastic year it’s been. We’ve met some wonderful guests throughout the year with plenty of repeat customers 🙌🏻🙌🏻.
We were fully booked over the festive period, so I was rushed off my feet, but they’ve all enjoyed themselves, which the hand written card and review show 😁🥰. Some of the guests have already booked to come for the same time this year 👏🏻👏🏻🫶🏻.
The lodge field is next to my parents neighbours and they put on a great fireworks display 🎆 on New Year’s Eve, which we all got to enjoy ☺️ 💕.

I’ve not done a guest review post for a while, so I thought I would share with you what some of our lovely guests have been saying after staying in our lodges 👍🙌🏻😃.
I put my heart and soul into the business and trying to ensure our guests have an amazing 🤩 time, so it’s wonderful to read in some of the comments that they’ve appreciated my efforts 💕💕😊.
Also how lovely is it that repeat customers took the time out to leave me a card and some chocolates that Richard is enjoying 🤣 🥰.
We’ve had a cancellation for a 2 night stay in one of our gorgeous lodges from 27th December, so why not treat yourself to a nice relaxing break after Christmas 🎄 👍.
We look forward to welcoming all our up and coming guests to the lodges and we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🥳.

As it’s the winter months it’s time for us to do some maintenance work. The grass cutter and tractor is in the workshop for a check over 👍. We’ve built a shelter for the trolleys to sit under when not being used 🙌🏻.
Watch this space for the next project and what’s going to happen to the caravan 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔.
There’s been a last minute cancellation, so we now have availability for 2 nights from 27th December in one of our gorgeous lodges, so get booked in and enjoy a relaxing time after Christmas 🎄 or to book 👍😁.

Dexter is so funny when I’m poo picking the horses 🐎 fields, because he always tries to get into Megan’s field when I’m going through the gate 🐴😂😂.
I just love the view of the lodge field and the Yorkshire Dales from the top gate of Megan’s field 🥰🤩. The picture doesn’t do the view justice, so why not get booked into one of the lodges and see the views for yourself 😊👍

If you zoom in on the first picture you can see Megan looking over the gate at the top of her field. She’s looking into the field where the lodges are located 🤩😁 🐎. She often looks over this gate and I always wonder if she’s wishing she could gallop 🏇 around the field 🥰.
Before her retirement Megan was a top event horse 🐴. She was amazing 🤩 and would’ve jumped the moon if I had asked her, so I thought I would share some pictures of her eventing 💕. There’s also 2 lovely pictures of and her daughter meeting Megan 🥰 she’s such a gentle and kind horse 🐴 🤗
