The Loch Duich Hotel was originally called the Aird Ferry Hotel, named after the ferry which crossed from Ardelve Point to Dornie across Loch Long. The hotel has a view of Eilean Donan Castle

Congratulations to Robyn & Duncan Fraser from Australia who renewed their wedding vows after 10 years of marriage at Eilean Donan Castle on Thursday 22nd September 2022. Robyn looked stunning and Duncan was very handsome, we had the pleasure of having them stay at Eilean Donan Apartments. I would like to introduce our new Scottish Deerhound puppy Kaya who we brought home to the apartment complex this week, she is just over 8 weeks old and I hope she will grow into her role which is to welcome all our guests when they arrive.

We’re finally ready to go, and are genuinely excited about re-opening our doors tomorrow morning at 10.00am.

Before we do though, I’d just like to take a moment to acknowledge the immense amount of work that has gone into just getting us to this point. My management colleagues and their teams have worked like absolute trojans to enable us to start welcoming visitors back to Eilean Donan and Eilean Donan Apartments. Without their continuous passion, their unwavering commitment, and their unerring ability to meet every challenge put in front of them, my own job would be simply impossible. They are just an incredible family to be a part of and I’m so grateful to them all.
