Our Story

Welcome to Skye Tours. Let us take you on a trip through history and the present as our guides visit some of Skyes most visited and popular landmarks. Learn about how life on the island was and how the residents still live today. Our trained guides will regail you with tales of magic, fairies and giants as well as informing you about some of the most famous historic figures from the island. Learn about the clearences and the viking invasions and townships.Witness the geology of Skyes volcanic landscapes and wonder at its beauty.

The tour will take you to the most northerly penninsula on the island, The Trotternish Penninsula. Visit some of its most famous landmarks- The Kilt Rock, The Old Man of Storr and the breathtaking Quirang. There are also stops at Sliagachen,Portree and The Fairy Glen. The tour begins at Kyle of Lochalsh and returns there at the end of the day. Its a perfect way to experience the island without the stresses of navigating it.
