Italian Street Food made by Leonardo originally from Florence, specialising in an artisan flat bread We chose the name Dal Fiorentino as this is my birthplace.

My wife and I decided to move back from Italy to the UK, my wife's homeland and we wanted to create something typically Italian and share our love of street food. We specialise in a flat bread called Piadina typically from the Romagnola region of Italy, this authentic flat bread is rolled out in front of people at our stall and cooked on a hotplate, it is then filled with a choice of fine ingredie

nts from various regions in Italy, such as parma ham, salame, speck a smoked ham from the north of Italy, Nduja a spicy Calabrian sausage paste, many cheeses, roasted vegetables, aubergines and courgettes and finished with a choice of dressings such as truffle oil, chilli oil and pesto. Aiming to provide a fresh and tasty experience with fresh and fine ingredients, it is a healthy option as the dough is made with all natural ingredients and cooked on the hotplate with no oil making the piadina crisp and dry. Today I will be at the Kirkby Lonsdale Charter Market, following the devastatingly tragic event. I hope the market will help bring people into the town and help support those local businesses that have managed to open by shopping local. Sending deepest condolences to the Taylor family and everyone affected by the fire.

Cooked to order just the way you like it, this is a thin and crispy flat bread, with a choice of over 10 ingredients to choose from. A range of cheeses from strong provolone to delicate and creamy stracchino, Gorgonzola or smoked scamorza. A variety of regional salami and hams or spicy Nduja or coppa. Option of sautéed onions, peppers, courgettes & aubergines, salad and tomatoes then choose your dressing - chilli oil, truffle oil, pesto, balsamic or garlic mayo 🤔
