We’re very much a family business at Pattys Barn and it’s always an all hands on deck operation.

Mum and Dad (aka Chris and Margo) set up the holiday cottages over 25 years ago now as a farm diversification project, we’ve continued to develop the site as the years have gone on with some additional cottages, clamping cabins and venue hire and now me (Michelle) and my sister Rachel are continuing on as the next generation!

We love what we do and welcoming people to our special spot on the northern coastline and hope to meet you one day soon

Patty's Barn is a collection of 10 restored self-catering cottages, finished to the highest standards and located just south of the bustling, historic city of Lancaster. The ideal location for a rural retreat , or to spend a fun weekend with a group of friends or have a family celebration.

With the outdoors on your doorstep and a constantly changing landscape, we welcome you to indulge in nature and relaxation.

Our charming stone cottages are full of character and original features and there is plenty of room to rest and relax whilst enjoying the unspoilt natural beauty of the surrounding area.
