Rajasthan, another unique experience off the tourist trail was witnessing and being part of a local temple worship. Normally you only get to see this sort of ritual on the TV or in pictures. My trip to India was all about being immersed into the local culture, the everyday lives of the locals. Of course we got to see Palaces and places of historical significance, but the true culture is getting up close and in touch with the people.

I always thought of myself as a Viking in a previous life (Been watching too many Viking programs!). Any hoo, was out walking the dog earlier this morning and a kite dropped right in front of us a headless chicken. Must be a symbolic gift from the gods!
Shortly after, my Sales Director called to ask if I could go live with him on our weekly TCTV and of course accepted. Quick dash home, bit of lippy on, waiting patiently for live link with Jim Eastwood..... did I mention Lord Sugar often speaks about Apprenticeship candidates and says Jim Eastwood was best ever contestant? He sure is the best Sales Director a company can have. Anyway I digress, I should've mentioned at the beginning of my post that I have been captain for 50+ TC's from all over the world in our latest global sales incentive for the month of July, with the prize awarded being a Virgin Cruise for us all in October. We've been number 1 all the way, but the last week has been super stressful, knowing we had strong competition on our tail.
Back to the live link; I say a few words and then the announcement comes... in 3rd place.... in 2nd place.... the nerves were bad before now I'm just a mess! In 1st place, Team Seoul!! Yes we did it. In my excitement I announced that I can't jump out of my seat as I have no trousers on!
I'm so pleased for my team, they worked hard and can't wait to party, party with them all in October. One of the stops is an overnight in Ibiza... dangerous! Can't wait!

Right I better start packing for mine and Harry's 2 week Sri Lanka adventure on Friday. Then next month off to India and cruise in October. I really do have the best job in the world xx

Virgin Voyages are the newest cruise line on the scene and they are making waves (see what I did there…)!

I will share some prices later on today but first of all, I want to share what I love about Virgin Voyages:
- Adult only!
Imagine… going away in August and not being surrounded by families (don’t get me wrong, I love holidaying with my kids but a break from the day-to-day is good)

This is perfect if you love a night out and want to explore a destination by night without spending your whole holiday there! My favourite over-nighters are Ibiza, Amsterdam and Bimini!

🇰🇪 Have you seen Charles and Camilla in Kenya this week? I saw a pic of Camilla feeding the elephants at the sanctuary in Nairobi. And with this trip you can do exactly the same!!

🐘After your direct flight into Nairobi you can spend one night there where you will visit the Karen Blixen museum (think Out of Africa) and the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, a haven for rescued elephants and rhinos.

🦓The next day you will head to Mount Kenya and spend some time in The Aberdare region before heading to Lake Nakuru National Park
