Our Story

Sometimes called The Gem in the Glen, Noddsdale Estate offers an away from it all holiday for the discerning in several different properties. www.ayrshirecountryholiday.co.uk Luxury self catering in 2 self contained beautifully furnished apartments in a country house close to amenities but in a quiet and peaceful setting with views of the Clyde. The Bell Loft sleeps 4/5 and the East Wing 2/4. Children aged 10 and over are welcome. We also have Willow Cottage which is accessible, children and dog friendly. It is beautifully furnished and sleeps up to 5 plus an infant. Set in it’s own enclosed garden it is semi-detached and looks out over fields towards Largs and the islands. The grounds of the estate have colourful shrubs in the Springtime and flowers in the Summer. Walk into the hills through woodland behind Noddsdale House to see our hydro electric dam, known locally as the Chinese Lake, and then further up to give views over Largs and The Firth of Clyde. There is a hard tennis court for guests to use in the garden of the main house.
