Our fleet features modern, spacious yachts wit

h four- and five-cabin layouts, designed for both performance and comfort, ensuring an enjoyable time at sea. These yachts are available for charter from Largs or Oban, perfect for exploring Scotland’s breathtaking west coast.

For those seeking more ambitious voyages, we offer offshore sailing adventures to remote and exciting destinations such as Greenland, Iceland, the Canary Islands, South America, and even Antarctica. These expeditions are led aboard our flagship, the 70ft cutter Global Surveyor, a vessel equipped for long-range sailing and capable of tackling some of the world’s most challenging waters.

Join us in April for our early-season milebuilder, perfect for aspiring Yachtmasters or newly qualified Coastal and Day Skippers! This 8-day training includes four 60-mile passages and night sailing, building confidence in passage planning, pilotage, night watches, and crew management.

Departing from our base at Largs, we will head south into the Irish Sea, aiming to reach Dublin, with stops at the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland (Bangor or Belfast) along the way.

🍽️ Exciting news at Largs Yacht Haven. Welcome, Courtyard Bistro & Bar 🎉

We are thrilled to welcome our new neighbours Brian and Ellen Murray as the new owners of the on-site café at the Marina Courtyard. Now relaunched as Courtyard Bistro & Shop, this café replaces The Bosun’s Table and marks the couple’s second venture, alongside their well-loved Courtyard Artisan Bakery in Kilmarnock. Alongside the bistro, a small shop will offer everyday essentials!

📡 VHF Marine Radio (SRC) Online Course for only £85

Perfect for stormy days - this interactive course (approx. 10 hours) uses online radio simulators for practical learning. After completing the course, an online test confirms your progress, followed by a practical examination at an RYA Training Centre.

The SRC is the minimum legal qualification required to operate VHF and VHF Digital Selective Calling (DSC) equipment on British-flagged vessels fitted with a radio.
