Info about new flat West Kilbride

Hello lovely people.
I never managed the technology to close this page down so I'd like to let you know i have bought a wee flat on Main St, West Kilbride the Scottish craft town which I will be letting out.
I'm going through the process at moment of applying for a short term let licence which all holiday properties now need to have.
It is a maisonette flat with lounge and kitchen on first floor and bedroom and bathroom up a further stair. As with Largs flat, I will be letting out as a one bedroom keeping 2nd bedroom for my own use when over. The flat is 5 minutes from Seamill Hydro and Waterside and 10 minutes from Largs. Approx £5 in a taxi to Seamill Hydro so ideal if attending functions there.

Quiet-ish time in the flat so from now til 5th December I will do any 3 nights for £150. I will pay out for the cleaning fee. No hidden extras to pay.

Diary open from 20th July. Chance to book direct with me before passing to management company and Airbnb, etc with the inevitable price increase.
All furniture renewed spring 2022.
Flat centrally located on Main Street with lots of extras in flat. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
