Only a small patch of land needed to earn some extra pennies!
Excellent condition
Rents out very easily
Reluctant sale but land needed for new development
No electric (solar and battery lights). Very Cosy!
Shower/toilet shack not included in the price. Can be discussed.

Did you know we are dog friendly throughout?

Not only can your best friend stay with your in our rooms, they can have a good run around on our field then come inside The Royal Oak for a 'Dog's Dinner'!

We'll even pop some treats and food bowls in the room for you!

🐾🐶Dogs are welcome here 🐶🐾

We have never had a dog that smoked in bed and set fire to the blankets.
We have never had a dog who stole our towels and played the TV too loud or had a fight with his travelling companion.
We have never had a dog that got drunk and broke the furniture….
So, if your dog can vouch for you, you’re welcome too!
