Wednesday 2nd June 2021 marks Global Exhibitions Day! No other year has the had more relevance than in 2021.

and have a significant positive impact on commercial and social activity across the globe.

The 2021 GED campaign will focus on just how instrumental exhibitions are in creating platforms for growth and recovery, while also instilling confidence in others to participate in organised events that prioritise safety and success in equal measure.

Whilst the staff at the Equinox Group, have been kept busy during lockdown/covid assisting our clients in numerous ways to continue to reach their audience… we are more than ever looking forward to the hustle and bustle of Expo Halls!

Especially our involment in the Arnold Sports Festival UK from Entrance to Exit we are proud to have designed the visitor journey.

With exciting times ahead The Equinox Group are looking for an enthusiastic skilled individual to join our vibrant, progressive in-house creative studio.
Taking briefs from the Account Directors, you will work closely with the Creative Director and other members of our multidisciplined studio in producing schemes from concept to completion in both permanent interior and temporary trade show settings.

With a minimum of 3 years’ experience, and relevant degree qualification you will be proficient in both 2 & 3D AutoCAD along with 3DS MAX, Adobe and Microsoft software packages.
Your portfolio of work should demonstrate design flair and an attention to technical detail, as you will be required to produce 3D photorealistic environments as well as 2D scaled working drawings and detailing for our in-house manufacturing facility to build from.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are critical as you will become a vital and integrated team member of high-level pitches to key stakeholders.

The Equinox Group are immensely proud to have took the lead as principal contractor for Leeds Vaccination Centre at Elland Road.

Equinox has been chosen by the NHS Trust to work alongside them to activate one of the largest centres in the country.

With the initial conversations taking place in late December to opening the doors to the front line workers for their vaccinations today; The Equinox Group have been responsible for the full turnkey delivery of the project.

From the design and development of the citizen journey through the centre to the Build, Installation, Networking, Electrics, Lighting, Wayfinding & Graphics, Flooring, Services, Logistics to the Back up Power and Building Signage; Equinox used all of its in-house abilities to achieve the end result.

It has been humbling and energising to have worked alongside the different facets of the Leeds Teaching Hospitals and see all the staff come together with the knowledge, passion and drive to turn this project around in just under 3 weeks.

We are proud to have assisted the NHS with the national effort but even more so to have assisted with the vaccination programme in our home City.

It's been a great week for our team here at broadcasting LIVE with the activation of 's first ever Partner Conference.
From the conference branding, storyboarding and virtual set design to asset creation, registration management and broadcasting via a microsite, designing bespoke digital environments has been a core-in house skillset for several decades now.
With our ability to meet face to face still under restrictions it's important for business to continue to meet, exchange ideas and update their colleagues and customers in a professional and engaging manner.

Working with the energetic and ambitious team at ASF-UK; Equinox will be responsible for delivering the physical, social and digital experience for the athletic, health and wellness expo which takes place in October 2021 at the N.E.C Birmingham.

Equinox is proud to be the design and build consultant for the BAE Systems Factory of the Future & Smart Office.

With over 2 years in the planning, concept and creation that led to the final delivery and handover in late 2019; it has been an eager story to tell.

Entering a disused 1940's aircraft hanger in 2017 to entering the game-changing factory of the future 2 years later was a great feeling for the entire team.

New technologies in terms of build along with fully interchangeable structural skins allows the entire Smart Office to change in message, brand and content in a matter of hours.

From initial concept to final completion Equinox played a significant role in the design and build for the entire smart office project.

Dave Holmes, Manufacturing Director for BAE Systems Air, stated in a press conference:

“We’ve collaborated with the best of UK industry and academia to develop a cutting-edge facility that combines current and emerging technologies, ensuring the UK remains at the forefront of combat air technology development"

We presented ourselves and our concept to them and they were wowed by what we showed them. The room suddenly became a little hive of energy on both sides, with one of the Yggdrasil team saying
