I provide clients with the most up to date and accurate advice, and support clients to take the most appropriate action and refer them to specialists such as solicitors, social workers, and case workers where appropriate. I am able to mediate on a client's behalf, for example by writing letters, making phone calls, and attending meetings and always go the extra mile to ensure that my clients have the most comprehensive, accurate and professional service possible.
