I provide a high quality advice service working with the Chapeltown, Gipton, Beeston, Roundhay and Harehills region of Leeds. Having a number of years' experience working with public services such as the Citizens Advice Bureau and Leeds City Council Training Department and Youth & Community Services and the Housing department. I am well placed to offer support on a number of services. Being fluent

in English, Bengali,Urdu and Hindi I am able to offer translated advice on a number of issues such as:
- Immigration and residency applications
- Housing benefit advice
- Tenancy agreements
- Tax credits claims
- Benefit advice
- Power of attorney
- Job applications
- Medical appointments including ESA assessments and hospital appointments
- Debt advice
- Bangladeshi passport and visa applications
- Support overseas students for admission in UK college & universities
- Translate various documents from Bengali to English and English to Bengali
- Home visit and support clients
My services include offering information,advice,referrals, administration and representation. I can do this in person, by email, telephone or provide home visits. I provide clients with the most up to date and accurate advice, and support clients to take the most appropriate action and refer them to specialists such as solicitors, social workers, and case workers where appropriate. I am able to mediate on a client's behalf, for example by writing letters, making phone calls, and attending meetings and always go the extra mile to ensure that my clients have the most comprehensive, accurate and professional service possible.
