Our last weekend availability in March in our Fenns Barn has been reduced and reductions also on a midweek stay and week long stay from Friday 22nd March for the beginning of the Easter Break.

Reduced rate for just 2 guests staying and occupying just one bedroom in either our Fenns Barn or Foggs’ Barn for a 2 night stay. Further reduction also for a 3 night stay.

Last remaining weekend dates in February for our Fenns Barn and Foggs’ Barn.

Fenns Barn Friday 23rd priced at £500 for a 2 night stay.
Foggs’ Barn Friday 9th & 23rd both priced at £500 for a 2 night stay.

Both barns sleep 6, with the option of an additional guest staying. Both have three bedrooms and the beds in all rooms can be made up as singles or superkings.

Option to have use of a wood fired hot tub at both of the cottages.

Both barns can be booked together and has the availability for guests to all come together in Foggs’ Barn for dining around the large dining table.

Great opportunity to many walks from the doorstep into Peak District.

Thinking of that January blues break. We only have one weekend left in each of our holiday cottages. Weekend of the 5th January 2024 in our Foggs’ Barn and the weekend of the 19th January in our Fenns Barn. Both been reduced and includes the use of a wood fired hot tub. Priced at £450. Each can sleep up to 7 guests. Blow away those January blues and escape to the countryside

It’s been lovely to visit our local church, St Bartholomew today and see the wonderful display of flowers. What a great thing to bring everybody together and the afternoon tea was scrumptious. 🌺👍Thank you for our arrangement Blossoms Florist leek. 🥰

Good to see our recent investment into solar power and batteries is this morning working. 3 washing machines and a dryer going and still being able to put power into the storage batteries this morning.

We have a two night stay from Friday 2nd June priced at £600 and a two night stay from Friday 9th June priced at £600.

Fenns Barn sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms and the option for an additional guest to stay on a single put up bed.

Wood fired hot tub also available to use at an additional cost.

A two night stay from Friday 14th April priced at £460 or a two night stay from Friday 2nd June priced at £600.

Foggs’ Barn sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms, there is also the option of an additional guest sleeping on a single put up bed.

Wood fired hot tub also available at the property for an additional cost.

Not much to see here today. However, still as beautiful.
We are in the beautiful little village of Butterton in the Staffordshire Moorlands part of the Peak District, and not a lot of people know that.

Just wanted to post some pictures of this last weekend and big thank you to our amazing neighbours and hubby Jason.

Jason worked hard to get the yard and parking area at Wills Barn cleared of snow for arriving guests and our neighbour, Pete cleared all the road for guests to be able to arrive safely into the farmyard for those staying at Fenns Barn and Foggs’ Barn and the way to Wills Barn.

And to finish the weekend off a lovely walk to the local Black Lion Inn, Butterton for tea on Saturday evening in the snow ❄️

Great to see we have now had our new solar panels installed yesterday, electrician here today and will be having batteries installed later on. Our electricity generated just with our old solar panels was able to feed back into the grid, but now with some more additional panels and batteries we will be able to store some for ourselves for when needed.

Fenns Farm Accommodation is set in the Peak District village of Butterton.
We can offer you for your stay a choice of two holiday cottages, each have the availability of wood fired hot tubs, each sleeping 6. A bunk barn which sleeps 6 or a camping barn sleeping 15.

We have the option to offer our two holiday cottages to be booked together so you can have up to 14 guests staying and guests are able to come together in Foggs’ barn to dine together.

With our Wills Bunk Barn and Waterslacks camping barn we can offer additional space for additional guests to stay by pitching tents in the area around the barn, this must be pre-arranged.

Our location has lots of opportunities to get out enjoy this area of the Peaks, with plenty of walks down into the Manifold Valley. Afterwards enjoy a pint and food at our local, Black Lion Inn.

We are within a 35 minute drive of what the other parts of the Peak District have to offer. Chatsworth and Haddon Hall. Alton Towers is a 20 minute drive and the The Potteries a 40 minute drive.

A £100 deposit secures your booking and the remainder is paid a month before arrival.

It’s not the time of year for camping, but you can still have the experience of the good outdoors with a stay at Wills Bunk Barn. Basic accommodation but with the warmth of a log burner. Two night stay over the weekend in January has now been reduced to £160. The barn comfortably sleeps 6 in two bunks ( bunks are sturdy adult size) and two single beds.

Our last available weekend this year to stay in our Fenns Barn, Friday 9th December. Sleeps 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, where beds can be made as superking size or twins. 1 bedroom and shower room downstairs. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
Great for visiting Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Ashbourne, Buxton, Leek, Bakewell and the potteries.
