The ground floor has a sitting room at the front of the house which is split in two with the TV, sofa’s on one side, with the plan to buy a pool table and play things on the other. The new extension is at the back of the house, we will have a lovely new kitchen with all the usual appliances, 5 ring gas hob,electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave with washing machine and dryers in

the utility room. We have a downstairs w.c and wet shower room for a quick hose down and underfloor heating for those cooler months ! Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms at different sizes two with double beds, one's a twin and the 4th bedroom we’ve put 3 single beds in here. The bathroom has a new bath and stand alone shower,washbasin and toilet. Gardens: Front garden with garden furniture and views over the road at the Meare.
