There is also a private pool for the block of just 12 apartments where this one is located with sun-beds, tables and parasols. Parking spaces available outside.

Introducing one of the 3 villas available on the sought after 'Orestiada A' complex. Each villa offers quality and comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance of the beaches and resort centre of Pernera.

‘Villa Cleo’ is a two bedroomed villa, sleeps up to 6 people.

The villa is finished to a high spec with granite worktops in the kitchen and high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings with air-conditioning throughout. There is a flat screen satellite television, free WIFI, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s for your entertainment. The large sofa converts into a bed sleeping a further 2 people.

The villa is spacious and homely and suitable for families or two couples. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms have views over the pool and local landscape.

The private pool is approximately 6m x 3m (with a shallow and deep end). There are loungers for around the pool to get a great tan and an outside dining table and chairs for serving up food off the traditional BBQ! If you are feeling energetic, then there is table tennis outside for your enjoyment

Bus stops close to complex if you wish to explore more of the island and the Bakery, Metro and Pop Life Supermarkets are just up the road.
With 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus a sofa bed in lounge. Family bathroom with shower, kitchen, lounge with WIFI included, a TV is provided for guests to bring a firestick or similar. Communal pool for use by apartment block guests only, key code given for access.

Sunset Villa with private pool is located just a few minutes walk from the beach, in the well sought-after area of Pernera. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a genuine 3-4 minutes walk from a wide variety of bars and restaurants in Pernera.
An open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with air-conditioning throughout. There is WIFI and a smart TV for your entertainment.
With one double and one twin bedroom (each fitted with solid wooden furniture, traditional style iron bedsteads) both with balconies. Double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, there is also a family bathroom with shower plus a downstairs cloakroom. The villa is ideal for families, friends or couples. A camp-bed /travel cot can be supplied for a child/infant if required.

Outside you can spend the days lounging around the pool and enjoy dining outside with food served straight off the BBQ.

Villa Doria is 2 bedroom villa with private pool positioned on the main road to Protaras. You have just a short stroll, less than 10 minutes to the main Protaras strip with restaurants, bars and shops along the way. Or, walk the other way and you are in Pernera within a 10 minute walk.
The downstairs area is spacious with a fitted kitchen, dining area with patio doors out onto the pool area and comfortable sitting room with more patio doors leading out onto the pool area. There is also a guest WC.
WiFi/TV package included for your entertainment.
Outside you can sunbathe around the pool or enjoy eating al fresco. The villa is set back away from the main road and the fence/shrubbery shield the pool area so it feels very private.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and 2 balconies, where you can enjoy views of St Elias church on the hill which is lit up at night.. There is also a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

The villa accommodates 4 guests but a camp bed can be provided for an extra child and/or cot can be provided for an infant if requested.
