Villa Omorfo Theire in Sirena Bay, near Pernera.

Villa Omorfo Theire is a villa styled on tradition and offers something different to other villas.

Set in a complex of similar villas, it also has its own church on the gated complex to add to the character.

The villa has 2 upper floors, the ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge and guest WC.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms which can also accommodate a cot and/or camp bed for an additional child plus a wet room/shower with toilet and sink.
The second floor has a single bed with sea views and also a fantastic roof terrace with lovely sea views – a really romantic setting.

Air conditioning is available throughout the ground floor and 1st floor and fans are available for the top floor. WiFi with android TV is available for your entertainment.

Outside you will find ample dining and sunbathing space. Outside dining table and chairs, a gas & traditional BBQ and a good sized private pool. Enjoy the shade on the comfy sofa set under the wooden pergola.

The villa is finished to a high spec with granite worktops in the kitchen and quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. The villa is spacious and homely. What makes this villa so appealing is its large corner plot location which is not overlooked.
Air conditioned throughout, the villa has a good sized lounge area with comfy sofas and modern décor. WIFI and TV package included, plus DVD player with a selection of DVD’s available for your entertainment. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with patio doors off each bedroom leading onto the balcony. There is a modern walk in shower room and guest WC room downstairs.
