Sometimes you definitely need the professionals! Stair carpet being secured. Susies Place stairs are the original concrete steps which in the past were painted only. The owner wished the stairs to be softened. After 2 years they still look fabulous.

Another day, more sanding. Susies place is getting a new table. It's will be stained with Danish oil then the legs painted with chalk paint. We work with owners to procure items needed and find owners like how we source and recycle items that would've traditionally gone to landfill.

This year has been phenomenal with the interest in renting a property in Elie. We now manage several properties with potentially more coming on board. Update on kitchen progress of refurbished shutters. Before and after pictures... Still another coat to go and window seat to finish but we are nearly there! ❤

Shutters in the living room refurb complete.
Those who follow us will remember a local tradesman released the hidden and stuck shutters. Only 4 more windows to do! More pictures of our progress soon ❤
