Three years ago, when we started to rebuild our barn, we put up an owl box in the field behind our house. Last year there was some activity but I never got a snap of the resident. This year she is appearing like clockwork, dawn and dusk. The box already needs a bit of repair, but she doesn’t seem to mind!!

Progressing with our conversion of The Coach House next door to the finished Barn. The Coach House now has walls and a roof but the windows are still lumps of wood in my workshop……lots to do!!…………

Throwback to May '23 showing Hoods Barn complete but only two walls of The Coach House still standing. A house to build and gardens to design! Should be available for stays by the end of the year! _ _
