Just turn on one of the side table lamps, feel the under floor heating gently warm your feet, curl up with your fur baby, a good book and a glass of fizz in front of an open fire. After a long walk in the beautiful surroundings, light some candles and relax in the roll top bathwith our locally sourced bubbles and bath salts. Those Sunday morning lie-ins are al

l the more addictive in our gorgeous beds, complete with feather duvets and pillows and specially sourced linen. Our cosy cottages are ideally located in Middleham, the beautiful Yorkshire dales so whether you're looking for a weekend of outdoor activity or some quiet time to yourself, you'll find just what you need! With all the activities that the local area has to offer, we know you'll be out exploring local trails and dales and when you're done, you can grab the most delicious meal, snack or a quick pint in one of 4 (yes...4!) gorgeous pubs in the Middleham village, just two minutes from our cottages. The summer pub crawl is a right of passage for sure. You're also lucky enough to be a mere stones throw from what is, in our opinion, the best Fish and Chip shop in Yorkshire where you can grab a pint from the pub next door and enjoy! Our cottages are dog friendly and have been fully renovated in 2021. Extreme care has been taken in decorating the cottages to make them feel as homely and cosy as possible. We've taken time to source and engage with small local businesses to ensure we can offer the very highest quality, vegan-friendly toiletries to enhance your stay. Our cleaning products and toiletries are of the highest standard, and we have ensured that we are using eco friendly, refillable/reusable products. LOVELY LIGHT KITCHEN

The kitchen in Garden cottage is a dream, it’s light and roomy. Brand new in 2023.

I love cooking there and it’s a super well stocked kitchen without of new Joseph Joseph utensils

Also there is underfloor heating so you have toasty toes at all times and there is a dining table with bench so cooking can be a social affair on your holidays.

We rehomed this beautiful gentle guy when he was 7 months old. This loving bouncy boy who wants nothing more than a ball and cuddles, brings such joy to our life.

It’s about 1.5 hours Take in : Middleham castle, the most stunning views, Rivers to swim and paddle in, Stepping stones An amazing pub with beer garden on the river!
