A beautiful autumn morning here in the Dales. The last photo shows the displacement of one of the stepping stones. The only way to cross the river (other than swimming or paddling🥶) at the moment is to use Cover bridge or Hullo bridge. The National Park and North Yorks Council have been informed but i suspect repair may take some time.

Its a beautiful spring day here..our Hut has shaken off her winter gloom and is ready for our next guests (arriving in a couple of hours....hope the sun stays 'til they get here!) Plenty of newt activity in the pond...guarded by my newt counting assistant! 😁
